**Financial Controller** **Sector:** Truck and industrial vehicle dismantling. **Location:** Palencia and surrounding areas. **Contract type:** Permanent. Job description An established and specialized company in truck and industrial vehicle dismantling is seeking to hire a **Financial Controller** on a permanent contract to strengthen its finance department and support management in strategic decision-making. The selected candidate will be responsible for management control, profitability analysis, and financial oversight across various business lines: vehicle procurement, parts sales, inventory management, metals, and international operations. Key responsibilities: * Analysis and monitoring of monthly financial statements: balance sheet, profit & loss (P&L), and cash flow statements. * Cost control and monitoring of operational expenses (dismantling, warehouse, logistics, and sales). * Preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. * Profitability analysis by business line: complete vehicles, dismantled parts, sold parts, scrap, and metals. * Margin control and deviation identification. * Inventory supervision for parts, vehicles, and metals. * Improvement of administrative processes and internal control systems. * Direct support to management in strategic and investment decisions. Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience** in financial control or economic analysis. * **High proficiency in French and English (B2–C1 level)**. * Solid knowledge of accounting and management control. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **ERP systems**. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory)**. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail.
