Monitor compliance with **milestones, deliverables, and contractual conditions** during project execution. Track **supplier KPIs** and report deviations to management. ️ Manage **claims, penalties, guarantees, and contractual disputes**. Coordinate contract reviews, **amendments, addenda, and renegotiations**.
