Job Summary: We are seeking a rigorous, solution-oriented, and discerning Accountant to autonomously manage the company’s accounting, taxation, and finance functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Methodical, organized, analytical, and proactive profile We seek an Accountant to join our team. We want a rigorous, solution-oriented, and discerning individual capable of independently managing accounting and ensuring the company’s proper compliance with tax and financial regulations. Management of the company’s accounting and finance, including tax filings (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax) and preparation of monthly and annual closings. Tax management and application of current accounting and tax regulations. Recording and monitoring of financial information using accounting and financial tools (experience with Odoo is valued). Preparation and analysis of financial reports using Excel and advanced Office tools (pivot tables, data management, etc.). Support in financial planning and treasury: tracking receivables/payables, monitoring variances, calculation of financial ratios, and proposals for optimization. Document and administrative archive management, ensuring orderly and agile access to information. Supplier relations: invoice tracking, handling discrepancies/discounts, and support regarding administrative terms. Administrative support for tasks related to accounting and finance: data entry into systems, management of delivery notes and associated documentation. Personal competencies: methodical and organized individual with strong priority management skills. Analytical capability to interpret data and provide sound judgment in decision-making. Attention to detail and numerical accuracy in invoices and taxes. Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams. Solution-oriented and autonomous profile, capable of handling incidents. Discretion and responsibility in handling sensitive information. Proactivity in improving processes and proposing solutions. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in a similar accountant role, routinely managing accounting. Demonstrable experience in tax filings (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax) and preparation of monthly and annual closings. Proficiency in bank reconciliations, invoice management, journal entries, and account monitoring. Advanced Excel/Office skills (pivot tables, data analysis and management). Experience using an ERP or accounting software (Odoo experience is valued). Experience in high-volume billing environments with numerous transactions (multi-store, distribution, or retail) is advantageous. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: Specialized training in advanced taxation and accounting (courses, postgraduate programs, or master’s degrees).
