Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor / Project Manager to coordinate comprehensive renovation projects, ensuring proper execution of work and reporting on project status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers in comprehensive renovations. 2. Monitoring of progress and validation of completed work. 3. Single point of contact among the client, technical team, and subcontractors. We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor / Project Manager** for a comprehensive renovation project. The candidate will be responsible for daily/weekly monitoring of construction progress, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, verifying correct execution of work, identifying issues, and clearly and systematically reporting on project status. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and have prior experience in renovations, construction, or construction project management. Strong technical judgment, organizational ability, effective communication skills, and the capacity to coordinate on-site teams are essential—ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with the schedule, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Key responsibilities include: monitoring progress, conducting site visits, preparing photographic and progress reports, validating completed work, anticipating deviations, coordinating issue resolution, supporting milestone planning, and serving as the single point of contact between the client, headquarters, technical team, and subcontractors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Experience in construction supervision, renovation projects, or project management. * Ability to report progress clearly and professionally. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers, and construction teams. * Availability for daily site visits. * Problem-solving oriented, organized, and technically sound profile. **Type of Engagement:** Project-based / specific construction project. **Location:** Barcelona and surrounding areas. **Start Date:** Immediately or as per availability.
