Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to direct and manage construction projects, supervising execution, overseeing teams and materials, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and safety standards. Commitment to sustainability and leadership We seek an experienced candidate to assume responsibility for construction project direction and management in Málaga. Main responsibilities include organizing and planning all project phases to ensure smooth and efficient execution. Close supervision of on-site work, monitoring proper use of equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with established deadlines will be essential. On-site safety and adherence to occupational risk prevention regulations will be key priorities. Additionally, coordination of the work team, cost control for both materials and labor, and fluent communication with technical management and senior leadership will be required. Commitment to sustainability and social inclusion, strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and teamwork capability are highly valued. Proficiency in construction management software such as Presto or Arquímedes, and design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, or Cype is mandatory, as is up-to-date training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00 and a monthly salary of 1\.789 euros.
