The selected candidate will be fully responsible for the technical execution and economic control of construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with current safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Construction Management:** Planning, organizing human and material resources, and directly supervising on-site execution. * **Technical-Electrical Control:** Supervision of low-voltage installations, electrical panels, conduits, and commissioning. * **Economic Management:** Preparation of certifications, cost control, supplier coordination, and negotiation with subcontractors. * **Stakeholder Liaison:** Coordination with the Technical Management team, engineering firms, etc. * **Safety and Quality:** Ensuring strict compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan (PRL) and quality standards. Requirements * **Education:** Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical), Technical Architecture, or Building Construction. Candidates with Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Building Projects and substantial proven experience will also be considered. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years serving as Construction Manager on projects with significant electrical installation components. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Presto** (or similar cost-management software), and MS Project. * **Skills:** Leadership ability, results orientation, and capacity to resolve on-site issues. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Valid driver’s license (Class B) and a 60-hour PRL certification course.
