This person will also support business development and tendering activities.**Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by their supervisor, to execute delegated tasks required to meet project needs. They are responsible for defining and establishing the necessary strategy for Operations Services, maximizing company results—with particular emphasis on customer relationships—and aligning departmental activities and projects with the needs and services demanded by internal customers. They are responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on auxiliary machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities remain in good operating condition. Perform general maintenance work and maintain automation elements for services. **Candidate Requirements** **Main Responsibilities:** Construction Works and Project Management: * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of sanitation and/or water supply construction works. * Cost control, production oversight, certifications, and economic performance of construction works. * Monitoring of schedules, contractual milestones, and adherence to deadlines. * Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and production teams. * Technical supervision of construction execution and quality control. * Document management, quantity surveying, budgeting, and certifications. * Technical and operational liaison with clients, supervising engineers, and public administrations. * Identification and management of risks, incidents, and economic or scheduling deviations. Support for Business Development and Tendering: * Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in the hydraulic sector. * Monitoring of public and private tenders related to hydraulic infrastructure. * Preparation and coordination of technical and economic proposals. * Development of economic studies, budgets, and feasibility analyses. * Building relationships with clients, public administrations, and strategic partners. * Active participation in the company’s implementation and growth in the Levante region. * Support for commercial strategy and territorial expansion. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or ICCP. * Specialization in civil or hydraulic engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil works, sanitation, or water supply. * A Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Engineering is desirable. * IT skills: PRESTO, ARCGIS.
