Employment Information Job ID ZR\_1391\_JOB Opening Date 27/04/2026 Sector Construction Employment Type Full-time Work Experience \+5 years City Madrid State/Province Madrid Country Spain Postal Code 28001 Job Description Ilerwork, a consultancy specialized in the construction and industrial sectors, is seeking a **Construction Assistant - Masonry** to join a company specialized in **swimming pool and hydraulic installation construction**, based in Madrid. **Responsibilities:** * Supporting general masonry work on swimming pool construction sites. * Preparing materials, tools, and work areas on construction sites. * Performing basic masonry tasks on swimming pool basins and technical areas. * Assisting with **reinforcement steel (basic rebar placement and assembly in swimming pool structures)**. * Collaborating in the installation of **tavicon and enclosure elements in swimming pool areas**. * Assisting with **concreting of swimming pool basins, beaches, and associated structures**. * Supporting execution of proprietary construction systems for aquatic installations. * Cleaning and preparing the work area to ensure site safety. * Assisting the lead mason throughout all phases of swimming pool construction. * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Requirements * Prior experience on construction sites as a masonry assistant (Second- or Third-Class Skilled Worker). * Basic knowledge of working with reinforcement steel, tavicon, and concrete. * Previous experience in **swimming pool construction or hydraulic works** is desirable. * Mandatory valid 20-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course for the construction sector. * Valid driver’s license. * Responsible, proactive individual eager to learn a specialized trade. * Ability to work collaboratively in a construction-site environment. * Must reside in Madrid or surrounding areas.
