




Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Concierge for our Avis First team to ensure an exceptional and personalized experience for every VIP customer—from arrival to departure. We are looking for a **Concierge** for our **Avis First** team at the **Palma de Mallorca Airport**. **Your Mission** You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering an exceptional and personalized experience from their arrival to departure—because every interaction matters and every detail makes a difference. * **Your start date will be immediate, and your contract will be fixed-term (initially 6 months, with potential for extension).** * Your schedule will be 40 hours per week, distributed across a rotating shift system with consecutive days off (shifts Monday–Sunday, time slot 7:00–00:00). **What will you do daily?** * Ensure a premium experience for our customers. * Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and explain features of the rented vehicle. * Deliver vehicles directly to customers. * Inspect vehicles upon delivery and return, documenting any possible damage. * Proactively communicate via phone, SMS, email, and apps regarding logistics, meeting points, and special requests. * Collaborate with fleet and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. * Handle customer requests professionally and with a solution-oriented, immediate-response approach. **What will you receive in return?** * Annual gross salary of €18,281 plus a variable compensation system based on customer evaluations. * As stipulated by collective agreement, you will receive additional allowances for working on national holidays, outside standard hours, and during closing shifts, as well as access to our training fund. * Challenges and opportunities for national and international career growth—we operate in 165 countries. **What do you need to succeed?** * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) * Excellent communication skills: advanced English required (other languages are a plus) * Proficiency with mobile devices, tablets, and applications * Strong customer orientation, professional attitude, and solid organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP customer service (preferably in hospitality, retail, or car rental) **Join Us** Are you ready to join us and transform the premium mobility experience?
