Operate and supervise numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture parts according to drawings and technical specifications. Tasks include setting up the machine, selecting tools, loading raw materials, and monitoring the machining process to ensure precision and surface finish. Quality inspections are also performed using calipers and micrometers to meet quality standards, and cutting parameters are adjusted to optimize production and preserve tool life. Maintaining a clean and organized workplace is essential, performing basic preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning), and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues. Attention to detail, adherence to procedures, interpretation of technical documentation, and making minor programming adjustments under supervision are required. Safety is paramount: personal protective equipment must be worn and industrial safety regulations strictly followed. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating morning and afternoon shifts in Valls. Salary: €11.69 gross per hour. Temporary contract with immediate start. At least 3 years of prior experience operating numerical control (CNC) machines is required. Experience in metalworking companies will be considered an advantage.
