At Expertise Talent, we are selecting a **CNC Machining Center Setup/Programmer** for a company specializing in engineering and precision mechanical manufacturing, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
**Responsibilities:**
* Define machining processes for parts to be manufactured.
* Responsible for developing and archiving machine programs.
* Responsible for setting up machines assigned to production orders.
* Collaborate in the development and improvement of manufacturing methods.
* Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to define the manufacturing process, determining machining stages as well as required fixtures and tools.
* Set up, adjust, and correct machines for machining: perform pre-machining operations, prepare machines, tools, and fixtures; adjust process parameters; and, where necessary, correct or modify CNC programs according to manufacturing requirements or issues detected on the machine.
* Program directly at the machine (ISO/Mazatrol/Fanuc): Mount and secure the raw part or material onto the machine tool; create or modify the CNC program directly at the machine; execute machining on the machining center.
* Program using CAM software, primarily HyperMill.
* Verify product characteristics: Perform dimensional and functional inspections of machined parts using measuring instruments (calipers, coordinate measuring machines), ensuring product quality, precision, and conformity.
* Manufacture required fixtures for parts.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in setup and programming of complex parts in short but repetitive batches.
* Experience programming directly at the machine for MAZAK, MAKINO (Fanuc), and OKUMA CNC machining centers.
* Experience in verification and dimensional control.
* High proficiency in interpreting drawings, tolerances, and verifying parts.
* Desirable:
* CAD/CAM programming (HyperMill).
* Comprehensive Hygiene and Safety Standards. General mechanics.
* Ability to define manufacturing processes and strategies.
**Conditions:**

* Annual gross salary of €35,000–€37,000, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
