What will be your key objectives as a Cloud Engineer? You will serve as the bridge between our infrastructure, security, and service availability requirements and the technical capabilities of our managed cloud provider. Your mission will be to ensure our platforms operate optimally, securely, and scalably—resolving complex issues and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Cloud Engineer, you will: * Ensure cloud infrastructure availability and stability by performing both proactive and reactive activities to guarantee reliable service. * Efficiently manage the cloud provider, supervising their activities, planning tasks, and ensuring compliance with defined service standards. * Plan and execute Change Management, avoiding technical debt, keeping systems up to date, and managing out-of-hours changes when required. * Prevent and resolve incidents, acting autonomously to resolve them within defined timeframes and maximizing customer satisfaction. * Ensure proper sizing and security of the infrastructure, applying Security Department guidelines and monitoring cloud capacity. * Collaborate with teams and other departments, adhering to internal processes, contributing to a positive work climate, and ensuring smooth communication. * **Solid technical experience in Cloud, Networking, and Systems**, with knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, F5 load balancers, and administration of Windows and Linux environments. * **Competence in cloud services and monitoring**, including troubleshooting, scalability, basic automation (scripts), and understanding of distributed architectures. * **Security knowledge**, applying best practices, access control, hardening, and alignment with Security Department guidelines. * **Management and coordination capability**, essential for supervising the managed cloud provider and ensuring correct execution of all tasks. * **Strong interpersonal skills**, with high communication ability, collaboration aptitude, and teamwork experience in multidisciplinary technical environments. * **C1-level English** to interact with international teams and customers; **French is desirable** to collaborate with French-speaking customers. **Occasional availability outside standard working hours is required to address critical incidents.** Beyond business skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential—opening new possibilities with us.
