Promotes a culture of efficiency and value generation in the cloud **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Cloud Architect specialized in FinOps to join a global technology environment with a strong focus on optimization, efficiency, and governance of public cloud spending. The selected candidate will work closely with Tech Leads and Architecture teams to ensure cloud solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with FinOps best practices. This will be a cross-functional role with organizational visibility. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to define cost-optimized and efficient cloud architectures. * Ensure architectural designs: Define clear functional KPIs. Identify cost drivers. Report metrics to FinOps tracking tools. * Guarantee robust capacity planning based on functional metrics to enable data-driven decision-making. * Design and execute technical optimization-focused proof-of-concepts (PoCs): Service modernization. Rightsizing. Removal of underutilized resources. Instance type changes. * Develop reusable templates, artifacts, and documentation to help teams implement efficiencies. * Work alongside Architecture on plans for: Optimization of existing environments. Migration of on\-premise architectures to cloud. * Define and promote global FinOps best practices. * Participate in defining the governance model for the FinOps Architect role within the organization. * Drive a culture of efficiency and value generation in public cloud usage. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven experience as a Cloud Architect in cloud environments (AWS, Azure and/or GCP). * Demonstrable experience in FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization. * Ability to work with metrics, technical KPIs, and cost models. * Experience in capacity planning and architecture sizing. * Knowledge of cloud migration processes. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams. * Minimum English level B2 (international environment).
