Main Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of on-site work teams. * Daily task organization and performance monitoring of work crews. * Monitoring proper execution of works according to plans and technical specifications. * Coordination with the site manager and other project stakeholders. * Control of materials, tools, and machinery on site. * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Resolution of incidents arising during works execution. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a site supervisor or foreman in building construction projects. * Knowledge of construction processes and site organization. * Leadership ability and team management skills. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training course (60 hours) or equivalent construction-specific training. * Technical education in construction or building engineering is desirable.
