This role focuses on gathering requirements, improving workflows, and helping ensure projects meet business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Gather and document business and functional requirements. * Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify project needs and priorities. * Prepare reports, process documentation, and business specifications. * Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities. * Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams. * Review business data to support informed decision\-making. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role is preferred. * Understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering. * Ability to prepare clear documentation and reports. * Experience using standard business productivity tools. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
