Participate in problem investigation and resolution WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Rheinmetall Expal Munitions is currently seeking a **Boiler Operator** to join our production department at our Murcia site. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain stationary mechanical equipment—including engines, boilers, and other devices—used to supply energy for buildings or industrial processes * Operate equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and steam boilers * Assume responsibility for ensuring product quality, safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency in relation to assigned tasks and duties, in accordance with established rules and procedures * Participate, if requested, in problem investigation and resolution by providing factual information and process knowledge * Comply with Life-Saving Rules, basic quality standards, good environmental practices, and energy management standards * Comply with applicable legal, local, and customer requirements related to the work performed * Immediately report any deviations or potential improvements to your supervisor, whether related to quality, safety, environment, or energy efficiency **Location: Javalí Viejo, Murcia.** WHAT WE REQUIRE * Valid boiler operator certification * Higher vocational training (FP superior) in maintenance technician is desirable * Minimum one year of experience as a boiler operator * Proficiency in office software at user level * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Availability for rotating shifts * Responsibility, teamwork, motivation for professional development, initiative, etc. WHAT WE OFFER * Permanent employment contract * Salary according to collective agreement plus additional allowances * Dynamic work environment and positive team atmosphere * Continuous training and opportunities for career advancement CONTACT PERSON **Contact: Paula Domínguez**
