Do you want to develop your potential and grow professionally with us? **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Gather and analyze country-specific commercial requirements for the assisted channel tool. * Evaluate current or required local functionalities and align them with the product’s global capabilities. * Facilitate workshops and discussions to align commercial requirements with functional solutions. * Document country-specific requirements, particularities, and exceptions clearly and structurally. * Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys. * Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions. * Support prioritization and refinement of the backlog in coordination with the Product Owner. * Support testing and validation of new functionalities prior to implementation. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience as a business analyst or functional consultant in the financial services sector. * Proven experience in channel or transactional banking process transformation (knowledge of the assisted channel is preferred). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Confluence and Jira. * Good communication skills for collaborative teamwork. * Languages: Fluent English. **Additional Information:** -------------------------- ### **Education** Vocational training ### **Contract Type** Permanent contract ### **Minimum Experience** 3 years ### **Working Hours** Full-time At Alcorce, we champion talent without labels.
