If you seek growth within an international, innovative, and continuously evolving environment, ALIANDO is your place. **What profile are we looking for?** We are seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with CI/CD expertise to deploy microservices on Kubernetes clusters following a GitOps methodology. Your main responsibilities will include: * End-to-end automation of the software lifecycle. * Automation and management of infrastructure as code (IaC). * Support and collaboration with development teams. * Support and operation of production environments. * Promotion and implementation of DevOps and Cloud practices and culture across the organization. * Design, construction, and evolution of CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery. * Automated and scalable deployment and maintenance of AWS infrastructure. **Requirements:** * 3\-7 years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, EKS/ECS, among others. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. * Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar. * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of cloud security: identity management, secrets management, hardening, traceability, and compliance. * Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Kibana, Prometheus, or Grafana. * Strong teamwork skills and commitment to continuous improvement. * Good spoken and written English proficiency. **Desirable qualifications:** * Cloud-oriented networking knowledge. * Data management and monitoring tool knowledge/experience (e.g., Kibana, Dynatrace, etc.). **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract directly with our company. * Compensation package: approximately €40\-50K, negotiable based on demonstrable candidate experience. * Performance-based variable pay. * 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance. * Remote work \+ expense compensation. * 25 working days of vacation per year — plus December 24th and 31st, and the afternoon of your birthday, off! * Defined career development plan. * Training program: technical certifications and individual language classes. * Flexible compensation options. * Internal events and much more!
