Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Professional in Care for Dependent Persons or Social Integration to accompany and promote the autonomy of individuals with multiple disabilities at our daytime care center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompaniment and promotion of autonomy for people with functional diversity 2. Support in daily living activities and coordination with families 3. Person-centered care, health, and safety We are seeking a Technical Professional in Care for Dependent Persons or Social Integration to work at our specialized daytime care center for individuals with multiple disabilities. \- Accompaniment and promotion of autonomy for people with functional diversity. \- Support in daily living activities (ADLs), observing progress and possible changes. \- Implementation of activities according to individualized plans developed by the transdisciplinary team. \- Management of users' needs in coordination with families and the team. \- Support and accompaniment across all necessary areas from a person-centered planning perspective. \- Provision of care services to center users. \- Attention to health, safety, and personal care. Minimum 6 months of experience; experience working with people with functional diversity required. * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1496 * Additional relevant information: 40-hour weekly schedule. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Immediate start.
