Focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance **Job Description:** Position in the Structures and Launchers Production Department, working within an integrated team on mechanical integration and electrical equipment cabling activities. **Tasks and Responsibilities** As part of the Structures and Launchers team and under the coordination of the Area Command, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Assembly of aerospace structures, drilling, riveting of metallic and carbon fiber structures, and supplementary operations. * Mechanical integration of flight equipment using project-specific equipment, including instrumentation and complex tools (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment) as well as standard mechanical tools. * Surface preparation and application of common aerospace adhesives according to applicable technical instructions. * Ability to operate a machine for automatic part measurement (LASER, contact-based, etc.) and interpret results as conforming or non-conforming. * Ability to position parts or components for processing or assembly in accordance with fixtures and methods detailed in task documentation. * Operations involving handling and lifting systems for structures, equipment, and subsystems. * Performing electrical connections of equipment to wiring as part of the electrical integration process. * Execution of activities in accordance with established procedures and standard operating instructions. * Contribution to continuous improvement processes, lessons learned, and adherence to quality assurance standards and practices. * Contribution to and participation in internal training processes. **Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience** * Use of production documentation such as work orders, procedures, handling instructions, assembly and integration drawings, correctly understanding and interpreting them. * Ability to comply with and apply Environment, Health and Safety requirements and rules, knowledge of PPE usage. * Practical experience in assembly and mechanical integration operations for subsystems and instruments. * Practical experience in handling and lifting operations for subsystems, instruments and satellites. * Knowledge and practical experience in performing electrical measurements. * Authorization to work at height, operate overhead cranes, etc. * Knowledge of FOD and DIM prevention, SQCDP panels, quality principles and continuous improvement methods. * Ability to work rigorously and methodically, complying with company standards for quality, production and safety.
