Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered architect to develop housing renovation projects and manage construction, with experience in technical documentation and permitting procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Development of Housing Renovation Projects and Construction Management. 2. Experience in projects and preparation of technical documentation. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and AI tools. A licensed and registered architect for developing housing renovation projects and managing construction. Experience in projects, preparation of technical documentation, permit applications, presentations, and graphic materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or other rendering and image processing software, as well as AI tools. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €2,000.00–€4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
