Possibility of occasional travel **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Technical Architects or Building Engineering Graduates for a building project drafting assignment in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Madrid Office of Tragsatec With possibility of occasional travel **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Collaborate in the development of basic and execution building projects (budget preparation, health and safety documentation, waste management, specifications, etc.) **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Technical Architecture degree (MECES Level 2\), or a Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, or a Bachelor's Degree in Construction, or a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Architecture (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of work experience under an employment contract in drafting non-residential building projects **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 2 to 10 years of experience in drafting non-residential building projects (employment contract required) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Availability for immediate incorporation (within 7 days) following resolution of the selection process * Completion of at least 1 project involving the use of BIM models for quantity take-offs (to be verified during technical evaluation) * At least 1 year of work experience under an employment contract providing support to construction site management **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
