




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect for immediate employment, with expertise in construction site management, urban planning, and technical project management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction site management and execution of building projects. 2. Preparation of basic and execution projects, urban planning studies. 3. Coordination with public administrations, developers, and contractors. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time LOCATION: Av. de la Albufera, 321, Puente de Vallecas, 28031 Madrid WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM An Architect with demonstrable experience in construction site management, urban planning, and technical project management is required for immediate employment. Main Responsibilities \- Construction site management and supervision of building project execution. \- Preparation of basic and execution projects. \- Development of urban planning studies, zoning plans, and urban management. \- Coordination with public administrations, developers, and contractors. \- Technical supervision and quality control of construction works. \- Preparation of technical documentation for public tenders and competitions. \- Technical assistance in architecture, urban planning, and public procurement projects. \- Drafting of reports, technical summaries, and professional experience documentation. Minimum Requirements: \- University degree qualifying the candidate as an Architect. \- Active professional registration with a regional architectural association or ability to register immediately. \- Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in construction site management and architectural project development. \- Verifiable experience in urban planning, zoning, and urban management. \- Knowledge of urban planning regulations, the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), public procurement legislation, and applicable sector-specific regulations. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools (Revit is desirable), Presto, Microsoft Office, and related technical software. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience as Site Manager, Technical Director, Project Designer, or Technical Lead in public or private building projects. \- Experience managing contracts with Public Administrations. \- Involvement in urban development, zoning, rehabilitation, and public works projects. \- Experience preparing documentation for public tenders. \- Training in public procurement, BIM, or project management. Required Supporting Documentation: Candidates must be able to verify their professional experience through one or more of the following documents: \- Certificates of satisfactory project execution. \- Certificates issued by Public Administrations. \- Final project completion certificates. \- Construction acceptance minutes. \- Technical Director or Site Manager certificates. \- Professional association certificates confirming technical intervention. \- Contracts, appointments, or equivalent documentation verifying actual participation in completed works. Particular emphasis will be placed on candidates’ availability to join technical teams for public contracts and tenders, in accordance with the standard technical solvency requirements established by Public Administrations.
