Job Summary: We are seeking an architect with strong technical skills, energy, and ambition for internal growth, who will take responsibility for preparing technical documentation and overseeing construction execution. Hybrid position with flexible working hours and optional remote work We are looking for an **architect** with **strong technical skills**, **energy** to take on challenges, and **ambition** to grow internally with us**,** handling the preparation of technical documentation and construction execution oversight**.** We are a company headquartered in Madrid, providing technical and administrative services aimed at optimizing the real estate portfolios of large enterprises across the entire national territory. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Preparation of technical reports and summaries. \- Full preparation of renovation/partial and comprehensive rehabilitation projects for office spaces. \- Construction Management: On-site supervision of schedules, quality standards, contractor coordination, and occupational health and safety services. \- Management of permits and regulatory compliance (CTE, accessibility, etc.). \- Management, organization, and updating of received documentation and information. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Degree in Architecture (Superior Architecture or Bachelor’s in Architecture) \- Over 5 years’ experience in similar roles \- Strong construction judgment. Candidates must feel comfortable coordinating and integrating complex installation projects into architectural design. \- Installation Coordination: In our projects, HVAC, ventilation, electricity, and fire protection systems carry critical weight. \- Proactive and solution-oriented profile, with excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and contractors, and strong motivation to contribute and engage in the company’s growth. \- Training in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable. \- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Experience with Revit and BIM environments is advantageous. \- Proficiency in Presto. \- Knowledge of TCQ is advantageous. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. \- Valid driver’s license and availability for site visits. **WHAT WE OFFER** \- Full-time hybrid position. \- Internal career plan: We seek someone who will grow with us and assume greater management responsibilities in the medium term. \- A dynamic and agile work environment where opinions and ideas are valued from day one.
