We are over 23\.000 people across 20 countries, passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place—pushing boundaries every day to make what initially seemed impossible, possible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Support the design and implementation of the new planning model, processes, KPIs, and digital solutions for the aircraft maintenance organization. * Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve planning, anticipate risks, and support decision-making. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead pilot projects, and transfer knowledge to the team. * Gain knowledge of all component production processes within workshops. * Develop and redefine current processes in the new software to ensure a more efficient repair process for all components. * Prepare supporting documentation required for current and future processes. * Coordinate and validate new processes or solutions in the new software with Component Production. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing workshop processes. * Strengthen the component workshop production plan, including resource sizing and personnel training needs. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in industrial process management and process transformation. * Familiarity with aircraft maintenance. * Analytical ability, process structuring skills, cross-functional coordination capability, and results orientation. * English proficiency at B2 level\. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** Quest Global is a place where we value curiosity, authenticity, and the talent of every individual.
