Job Summary: You will develop artificial intelligence models to enhance service delivery, collaborate on AI projects, and coordinate with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional development and growth **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to create artificial intelligence models that can be applied to the healthcare support activities of our businesses and improve service delivery. Additionally: You will perform the software development associated with the business's artificial intelligence projects. You will analyze and utilize cognitive services from vendors (Google, Microsoft, etc.), implementing their APIs in our applications. You will analyze the use of virtual assistants to identify errors and potential improvements, while also developing and evolving AI models based on neural networks. You will coordinate with other IT areas—such as architecture and security—to ensure proper model usage, and support multidisciplinary meetings with other business units to gather and improve input data used in algorithms. You will support the planning of emerging projects and assist in process execution to ensure proper planning, managing any requirement changes that may arise. You will collaborate in gathering functional and non-functional requirements for projects. You will conduct unit testing. You will utilize various generative AI models and create agents tailored to specific use cases. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence). Experience: At least 2 years in related or similar roles, and 1 year working with Python. Languages: English at B2 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: User-level Linux knowledge \+ Basic knowledge of Generative AI. **What do we offer?** Hybrid remote work model.
