Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze operational data, generate insights, and enhance service in an Operational Management role. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct exploratory and explanatory analyses with creative thinking. 2. Provide insights to prioritize business projects. 3. Lead proposals to improve service and detect deviations. Within the Operations Directorate, in the **Operational management** area, the candidate will report to the **Analytics\- Operational management** manager. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the monitoring of operational performance across various areas. **Main Responsibilities**: * Perform multiple exploratory and explanatory analyses using diverse datasets; critical and creative “out-of-the-box” thinking is required. * Deliver insights through analysis to support prioritization of various business projects / initiatives. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with different Verisure departments to accurately understand data, analytical results, and action points. * Develop multiple automated and interactive reports to monitor and drive key operational KPIs. * Prepare and handle large volumes of data from multiple sources (internal data\- ODBS connections, Cloud\- AWS, external files). * Detect deviations and lead proposals to improve service. * Deliver executive presentations to Verisure’s Management. Requirements **Mandatory**: * University degree: Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint). * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI is mandatory. * Interest in the operational domain. * Strong soft skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse operational profiles and departments within the company. * Adaptability to change. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Flexibility to learn, understand, and evaluate new concepts across different functional areas. * Proactivity in pursuing continuous improvement. * Teamwork orientation. **Desirable**: * Knowledge of Business Objects. * Knowledge of AWS. * Experience with AI, agent development, and prompt engineering. * Confidence to interact with senior stakeholders under pressure. * Project management experience. **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
