We are currently seeking to hire an **Accounting Technician** to strengthen our Finance Department. The selected candidate will support the Finance Manager and participate in the financial management of the group’s various companies, contributing to ensuring the reliability of financial information and the efficiency of processes.

**What will be your responsibilities?**
You will join the Finance Department and participate across various areas of accounting and administrative management:
* Record the group’s companies’ economic transactions.
* Manage accounting for customer invoices, supplier invoices, and bank movements.
* Participate in monthly and annual financial closings.
* Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury management.
* Manage invoicing, collections tracking, and customer portfolio.
* Manage supplier payments and due date control.
* Prepare documentation for tax filings, audits, and annual accounts.
* Draft reconciliations and reports supporting internal control and management control.
* Collaborate in implementing and improving accounting and administrative processes.
* Participate in the digitization and automation of financial processes using tools such as Sage 200, Sage XRT, and other corporate applications.
**What are we looking for?**
* Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
* A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Finance will be valued.
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in accounting or financial administration.
* Experience in general accounting, bank reconciliations, invoicing, treasury, and supplier management.
* Experience in service companies or consulting firms handling a high volume of transactions will be valued.
* Experience working with public administrations, multiple companies, or cost centers will be valued.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably **Sage 200**).
* Knowledge of **Sage XRT**, **DocuWare**, and other document management tools will be valued.
