We are seeking an **Accounting Technician** to join our **Shared Services Center** team in **Madrid**. **Your mission** You will be a key player in ensuring reliable, efficient, and business-aligned accounting management, actively participating in the full accounting cycle and contributing to the organization’s continuous financial improvement. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Manage the **full accounting cycle**, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Perform accruals, period-end adjustments, payroll accounting, and insolvency accounting, ensuring accurate posting of transactions. * Participate in **monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings**, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability of financial information. * **Analyze accounts** and **identify potential incidents** or deviations, proposing improvement actions\*\*\*\* when necessary. * Collaborate on **internal and external audits**, preparing required documentation and reports. * Drive **improvements and optimizations** in accounting and administrative processes within the department. **What we’re looking for in you** * University degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Accounting, Finance, or related field**. * Solid **experience** managing the **full accounting cycle**, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Experience working in companies with a **high volume of transactions**, and comfort operating in demanding environments. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, and experience with **accounting, banking, and automation tools**, such as ERP SAGE or OCR solutions. * Prior experience in the **healthcare sector** or in **multi-service organizations**, as well as knowledge of withholding taxes, insurance, or healthcare VAT, would be considered a plus. * You describe yourself as **analytical**, **adaptable**, **organized**, and **results-oriented**, with strong prioritization skills and consistent work quality even during high-pressure periods. * You interact easily with diverse stakeholders, **enjoy working in teams**, and adapt well to constantly evolving environments. **What you’ll find by joining this project?** * Permanent contract. * Intensive working schedule during summer months. * Integration into a professional, approachable, and collaborative team. * Real opportunities for professional growth and development. * An environment committed to continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
