Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance to perform registration, reconciliation, closing, reporting, and preparation of annual financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the accounting cycle and Office applications, especially Excel. 2. Registration, reconciliation, closing, and reporting tasks. 3. Preparation and submission of annual financial statements and accounting books. Accountant. Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance. Permanent contract. Gross monthly salary: €1,600. Working hours: 9:00–14:00 / 16:00–19:00 (8 hours), Monday to Friday, with statutory breaks, in Barcelona. Knowledge of the accounting cycle, organizational and planning skills. Microsoft Office Suite. Optimal Excel proficiency. Minimum 1 year of experience in external advisory or consulting firms (experience in internal corporate accounting departments is also acceptable). Languages: Spanish and Catalan. Italian and English are highly valued but not mandatory. Registration and accounting of documents with accounting relevance, including issued and received invoices, receipts, and other documents; bank reconciliation (payments and collections); accounting closings and reporting; preparation and submission of annual financial statements and accounting books; drafting client tax returns; submission under supervisor’s supervision; and other administrative tasks (filing and support to other departments). * 12 months of experience.
