We are seeking a lawyer to provide legal assistance for international protection at the Vigo office. Responsibilities include informing and advising applicants and beneficiaries of international protection on legal matters, assisting with the formalization of applications and throughout the administrative procedure, and filing both administrative and contentious-administrative appeals. Legal advice on foreign nationals’ rights is also provided, and coordination is carried out with other public or private services and entities. Additionally, tasks include data entry into computer applications, supporting the preparation of technical justification reports and summaries, and other actions necessary for the program’s implementation. A full-time substitute contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 26\.200 euros.
