




Position Summary: A socio-educational coordinator focused on developing individual autonomy, facilitating labor market integration, and managing activities for young people in a residential facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and monitoring of Individual Autonomy Plans for young people. 2. Active promotion of labor market integration and economic management skills among young people. 3. Design of workshops and socio-educational activities with a clear methodology. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Social Integration. Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the position. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. Enthusiastic, committed, and oriented toward others. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Conduct, under subsequent supervision by the educator, weekly tutorial interviews with young people as an educational tool and for monitoring their Individual Autonomy Plan. * Prepare and implement workshop and activity programming related to socio-educational tasks within the facility. * Ensure that workshop and complementary activity content remains objective and beneficial for facility residents, following a clear and contextually appropriate methodology. * Maintain up-to-date youth files (documentation, records, etc.). * Promote active job searching. * Reinforce young people’s need for labor market integration and ensure adherence to the professional team’s established program aimed at fostering this goal. * Monitor proper use of each young person’s individual weekly allowance. * Supervise young people’s optimal economic management during weekly shopping and conduct related reviews. * Oversee the distribution of household tasks performed by young people regarding internal apartment organization. * Propose improvements if users’ current approach proves inadequate. * Likewise, where designated for this role, the Social Integrator must design, create, and establish a contact network supporting the labor market integration of the young people served—gaining knowledge of the local business fabric, labor market needs, professional profiles of the young people served, and existing professional supply and demand.
