As a company in constant growth, we seek professionals who are committed and driven by continuous improvement to join our team. • Operation and Transformation: \- Precisely operate cutting and machining equipment for panels. \- Feed components into CNC machinery. \- Adhere to transformation processes, ensuring quality and precision at every production stage. • Maintenance and Technical Control: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, ensuring all tools and equipment function properly. \- Resolve technical issues in the workshop and assist with commissioning and optimization of interconnected systems. • Quality and Innovation: \- Implement quality control systems to ensure products meet defined standards. \- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting processes as needed. \- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among workshop staff. • Additional Responsibilities: \- Also serve as a carpenter and senior technician, contributing experience in executing and supervising carpentry tasks. \- Collaboratively act as workshop supervisor, coordinating the team and ensuring smooth workflow across all production areas. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Technical Experience: \- Proven experience in industrial environments or carpentry workshops. \- Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery will be highly valued. \- Technical education, certifications, or relevant experience in using numerical control machines, carpentry, and maintenance. Practical Skill and Adaptability: \- Demonstrated ability to perform precise cuts and machining through practical on-site assessments. \- Interest and aptitude for adapting to new technologies and working with advanced software and interconnected systems. * Medium-Level Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Mig) * Competencies / Knowledge: A versatile profile combining responsibilities of operator, carpenter, workshop supervisor, and senior technician, promoting efficient operation and team cohesion.
