Technical Industrial Engineer - Mechanical Specialization

At Grupo GRADUAL, we are seeking an installations engineer who wishes to undertake projects with autonomy, sound judgment, and responsibility, and who is also capable of participating cross-functionally in other projects and collaborating with various engineering departments. The challenge will not be limited solely to developing mechanical installations. We seek someone able to provide technical judgment wherever required by the project, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to resolving complex infrastructure projects from a holistic perspective. What will you do? * Lead and develop mechanical installation projects. * Assume technical responsibility for projects and possess the authority to sign off on them. * Design, calculate, and resolve technical solutions autonomously. * Participate in other projects as needed, contributing expertise from your specialization. * Address internal technical needs across departments and jointly resolve problems. * Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to integrate solutions and successfully deliver complex projects. * Participate in technical decisions affecting the entire project, beyond your own discipline. * Prepare and control measurements, budgets, and project documentation. * Conduct technical monitoring during construction execution. * Work in digital and collaborative environments using BIM methodology. What are we looking for? * Engineering background focused on installations. * Solid experience in installation projects. * Ability to manage projects with increasing autonomy. * Authority to sign off on projects. * Experience in technical coordination, budgeting, and construction monitoring. * Experience working in BIM environments. * Ability to operate within multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with diverse technical areas. * Organized, methodical, solution-oriented, and proactive profile.
