For its Commercial Department, we are seeking an **SAT Technician** responsible for resolving incidents and providing technical advice to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance. The position will be based in **Pamplona** and cover the Northern region, primarily: **Navarra, Zaragoza, Teruel, Soria, La Rioja, Burgos, and Cantabria**. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Technical Support:** Provide assistance and resolve inquiries via telephone, email, or in person. * **Installation and Commissioning:** Carry out installation, configuration, and commissioning of new machinery at customer facilities. * **Maintenance and Repair:** Diagnose and resolve malfunctions, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Training:** Deliver technical training to end-customer operators, as well as to technicians and distributors. * **Reporting:** Prepare detailed technical reports following interventions. * **Claims Management:** Open, analyze, and track incidents; escalate claims to relevant departments (Product, Quality); ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. * **Knowledge Management:** Document SAT processes, stay updated on emerging technologies and market tools, and propose continuous improvements. **Required Profile:** * Proven experience performing field technical service or maintenance/assembly/installation of machinery in industrial environments. * Solid foundation in electricity and/or mechanics/pneumatics. * Experience installing and configuring PLC and controller parameters. * Customer-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage situations under pressure. * Must be available for frequent travel within the assigned region. **What Our Client Offers:** * The opportunity to join a leading, stable, internationally present company. * An excellent work environment with a people-centric culture. * **Permanent contract**. * Competitive remuneration package consisting of **Base \+ Variable**. * **Company car** (including **private use**). * Meal allowances and travel expenses covered. **Location: Pamplona** **Summary** ----------- * Job posted before 7/6/2026\.
