CLARÁ GROUP is seeking a Sales Advisor Assistant to join its RC Córdoba store **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales). * Boost store sales and assist in achieving set targets. * Collaborate in all operational tasks required for proper store functioning (order and inventory management, preparation and execution of stocktaking, communication with external suppliers, tracking of alterations and associated fittings, etc.). * Perform all tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintain the Visual Standards and Customer Service standards established by the Brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of proven experience in a similar role; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly desirable. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience in personalized sales (boutique environment) with excellent customer service skills are desirable. * Familiarity with Excel is desirable. * Candidate must be accustomed to working towards targets and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Strong sensitivity toward product and fashion.
