Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join a production line at an industrial plant in Catral. The main responsibilities include participating in manufacturing and assembly tasks, such as handling materials and operating basic machinery under supervision. Quality control checks are also performed according to established procedures, aiming to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production targets. Adaptability to various positions within the line and to emerging operational needs is essential. The work takes place in a dynamic, team-based environment, following supervisors' instructions. Special attention is paid to safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment, and good material handling practices. Necessary training for the tasks is provided on-site. We seek individuals with a willingness to perform manual labor, the ability to follow instructions, and attention to detail. Punctuality, responsibility, and an open attitude toward learning are highly valued. The plant is located in Catral, ideal for those residing in the area. The salary is 10.55 euros per hour, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, and weekends off. A weekly contract is offered, with potential for continuity. Prior experience in production or similar industrial environments is required. Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday is mandatory. Residence near the town of Catral is preferred.
