Responsibilities include production tasks such as handling raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods, as well as operating machinery in accordance with established procedures outlined in quality and safety manuals. Work is performed in direct collaboration with the team, promoting communication to optimize workflows and resolve incidents. Adaptability to rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends) is required to support continuous production activity. The company provides necessary training and resources for competent performance, prioritizing the well-being and occupational safety of all staff. Candidates must be available to commute to the workplace located in the industrial park. Prior verifiable experience in similar positions within the manufacturing or industrial production sector is required. Absolute availability to work rotating shifts according to production needs is essential. An intermediate level of Spanish is mandatory for proper understanding of instructions and procedures.
