Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** In ACCIONA’s Internship Program, you will join teams that involve you in projects from day one, supported by experts who help you develop your capabilities and participate in the daily operations of a global company. ACCIONA’s Construction business line requires a Planning Intern at its Madrid offices.**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Assisting in Project Plan Development: Help create work schedules using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera P6\). * Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant information on project progress, including field reports and status updates. Analyze data to identify potential schedule delays or issues. * Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor monthly activities to ensure adherence to established plans. * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for management and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized records of all project-related documents and communications. * Communication and Coordination: Participate in planning and monitoring meetings, take notes, and assist in coordinating required actions. * Use of Management Software and Tools: Learn and use project management software and other technological tools to support planning and scheduling functions. Assist in digitalizing and automating planning and monitoring processes. * Process Improvement Support: Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve planning and scheduling processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices. **Candidate Requirements** **Education:** Civil Engineering Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) Preferred knowledge includes: * Planning software: Primavera P6, Project, or Tilos * BI tools: POWERBI * Database management **Requirements:** * Availability to undertake academic internships for a period of 6 months, under a university agreement. * Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate degree or an official or qualifying master’s program. * Availability to start between September 2026 and March 2027\. **What We Expect From You** We seek high-potential individuals with strong teamwork abilities and motivation to grow within an international company.
