We seek to welcome a proactive, initiative-driven, and highly customer-oriented Physical Trainer to join our team and help us continue growing. **What will you do with us?** * Design, plan, and supervise customized training programs tailored to each client's needs and goals (weight loss, injury rehabilitation, sports performance, general health). * Conduct initial and follow-up physical evaluations (body composition, mobility, strength) to track user progress. * Guide and correct exercise execution technique to ensure safe and efficient practice. * Lead sessions \[individual / small group / group classes]. * Maintain order and proper condition of training equipment and facilities. * Retain existing clients through close, motivating, and professional interaction. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Required Education:** Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD / INEF), or Higher Technician in Sociosports Teaching and Animation (TSEAS / TAFAD), with official personal training certification. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year leading personal training or health-oriented physical preparation. * **Key Skills:** Empathy, strong communication ability, proactivity, punctuality, and capacity to motivate individuals of all profiles. * **We Value Positively:** Additional training in sports nutrition, injury rehabilitation, or strength training. **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract within a rapidly growing project. * Free access to our facilities for your personal training. * A young, collaborative, and highly professional work environment.
