You will play a key role in preserving our facilities, collaborating to resolve incidents and helping maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. **Responsibilities you will carry out:** * Prepare and condition surfaces for demolition, renovation, and installation work. * Carry out cladding, tiling, repair, and finishing tasks in construction. * Install and secure materials such as bricks, blocks, ceramics, marble, stone, or tiles. * Support the detection and repair of leaks, seepage, cracks, and other structural incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on buildings and infrastructure. * Collaborate with other department professionals to ensure work is completed within established deadlines. * Ensure compliance with safety, construction, and sustainability regulations. * Optimize the use of materials and tools, minimizing waste and promoting operational efficiency. * Respond promptly and professionally to incidents related to construction and masonry work. * Record all interventions in the GMAO system. * Conduct periodic inventories of materials, products, and tools. * Participate in training sessions and update your knowledge of new techniques and materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace. * Provide support for other tasks arising from the department’s operational needs. **What we offer you:** * Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule distribution: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive and rotating days off. * Shift schedule: Intensive, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, plus availability to perform on-call duties according to departmental planning. * Salary: €1,743.92 gross per month (14 payments), equivalent to €2,034.57 including pro-rata extra payments, plus the Grup Blasi supplement, proportionate to actual hours worked. * Position: Skilled Bricklayer (Professional Group: Masonry, Remuneration Level V). * Benefits package: Comprehensive health coverage (subject to meeting requirements established by Grup Blasi), free telemedicine and legal consultation services, flexible remuneration and on-demand salary, subsidized cafeteria, open-house days, and much more. **Let the adventure begin!** ***“We highly value diversity and promote an inclusive and respectful environment.”*** **To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in construction or related specialties, or equivalent experience in a similar role. * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in construction work. * Proficiency in Catalan or Spanish. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Training in emergency response procedures. * Training in working at heights. * PEMP certification (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms). * Construction Professional Card (TPC). * Occupational Risk Prevention training specific to the bricklayer position. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and quality orientation. * Sensitivity toward safety, order, and cleanliness.
