Responsibilities include managing project initiation, monitoring, and closure; planning and organizing workers' tasks; coordinating with architects, suppliers, clients, and the internal team; supervising activities, deadlines, and quality controls; resolving incidents and making decisions; and resource management. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with morning and afternoon shifts and corresponding statutory breaks. Prior experience in similar roles and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams are required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a dynamic and autonomous individual. * Experience in operations management and coordination. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Willingness to travel. Advanced spoken and written English. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Design and Furnishing, or Development and Application of Construction Projects, or equivalent.
