Painter position for maintenance work in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming, and repairing cracks or moisture damage), applying paint using brushes, rollers, and airless spray systems, installing wall coverings such as wallpaper or decorative vinyls, selecting and mixing materials to achieve desired colors and textures, maintaining tools, protecting furniture and common areas, and strictly complying with occupational health and safety regulations. Technical proficiency in paint types (epoxy, plastic, enamels) and textures is required, along with precision and speed in finishing work, and autonomy to resolve on-site problems. Completion of the following training courses is mandatory: Working at Heights (8 hours, in-person) and Occupational Risk Prevention – Second Cycle. The working schedule is full-time, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with an indefinite-term employment contract and a monthly salary of 1.640 euros, located in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla).
