CIVITY GROUP is a large corporate group encompassing our construction brands \[CivityOCP], installations and maintenance \[CivityINELT], completing the entire construction process from start to finish. http://www.civitygroup.com / LinkedIn: CivityGroup From the MAINTENANCE department, we specialize in providing maintenance services for buildings across various sectors: large retail spaces, office buildings, logistics platforms, etc. Currently, we are expanding our team and require a MULTIDISCIPLINARY FIRST-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with advanced expertise and responsibility to comprehensively manage a site located in Madrid. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and respond to incidents concerning integrated installations—including electricity, plumbing, HVAC, sanitation, etc.—according to the schedule established by your direct supervisor. · Repair, maintain, and replace equipment and components within installations under conditions ensuring quality and safety to guarantee proper operational functionality. · Locate and diagnose malfunctions in equipment and installation components, applying established procedures. · Carry out tasks according to specifications and schedules set by your direct supervisor. · Monitor materials used. REQUIREMENTS: · 20-hour or 60+6-hour PRL certification. · Training in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc. · Minimum 3 years of experience as a First-Level Technician performing preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection (PCI), etc. installations. · Versatility, multifunctional profile, teamwork skills, and professionalism will be valued. · Responsible individual with motivation, work enthusiasm, customer empathy, and friendliness.
