Official First-Class Painter / Experienced Painter

At RENOVA, we are seeking to hire an **Official Painter or an Experienced Painter** for painting and rehabilitation work on residential buildings and homeowners' associations. Experience working on painting projects **from facade elevators (suspended platforms)** will be especially valued, as a large portion of our projects are carried out using this type of auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities * Painting of facades, courtyards, party walls, and common areas. * Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, plastering, and repair of defects). * Application of paints and coatings according to project specifications. * Work at height using facade elevators and other auxiliary equipment. * Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Requirements * Proven experience as a painter. * Experience working from **facade elevators or suspended platforms** will be valued. * Experience in facade rehabilitation will be valued. * Responsible, committed individual with ability to work effectively in a team. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (20 hours) for the construction sector will be valued.
