At our Valencia branch, we are seeking an official bricklayer for our Corporate Retail Area. ###### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Renovation and rehabilitation tasks: erecting walls, structural reinforcements, space adaptations, opening openings, and finishing work. * Interpretation of blueprints. * Installation of plasterboard and ceramic coverings, flooring, tiles, tiling, and other materials. * Application of mortars, plaster, single-coat render, rendering, and finishing coats to complete surfaces. * Handling manual or electric tools and machinery. * Coordination with other tradespeople to ensure proper project execution. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. ###### **Minimum requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years' experience in the role. * Flexible working hours availability: mornings and afternoons. * Geographic mobility. * Valid driver's license. ###### **Desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of other trades: metalwork, welding, plumbing, electricity.
