Objective
At Femarec, we are seeking an Occupational Training Technician to manage face-to-face and online training activities, handle any incidents that may arise, supervise the teaching staff, and coordinate with the technical team and administrative support personnel.
**FUNCTIONS:**
* Management and monitoring of teaching staff (activities, classrooms)
* Management and monitoring of students (attendance, incidents)
* Management of training activities (schedules, activity planning, classroom management)
* Monitoring of planning and evaluation of training activities
* Management and monitoring of internships (agreements, QBID management and closure)
* Administrative management of official documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with the department's training methodology and current regulations.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Desired Academic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy and/or
* Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Social Work, Social Education, Labor Sciences or similar
* Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Social Integration
Technical Knowledge
* Knowledge of at-risk groups.
* Basic understanding of labor regulations, types of contracts, bonuses, etc.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite and applied knowledge of commercial management software.
* Catalan language proficiency level C.
Desired Experience
* Commercial experience in selling products or services.
* Experience working with socially excluded at-risk groups.
* Minimum two years' experience performing similar tasks as a labor prospector.
* Ability and experience working in teams.
* Customer service and communication skills.
* Willingness to engage with the business sector and establish collaborative channels. Experience will be valued.

* Salary: €1,880.96 gross per month, paid in 14 installments.
