You will join the night team, supporting the Night Auditor with tasks specific to the night shift and ensuring the hotel operates smoothly while our guests rest. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Night Auditor in daily closing procedures and verifying billing. * Reviewing reservations, arrivals, and departures for the following day. * Resolving incidents and attending to our guests’ needs during the night shift. * Providing bar service when required. * Preparing and setting up breakfast so everything is ready at the start of service. * Conducting supervision rounds and ensuring safety and proper operation of facilities. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to guarantee an excellent experience for our guests. * Maintaining order and organization in work areas, ensuring everything is prepared for the morning team. **Requirements** What are we looking for? Prior experience is not required. What matters most to us is your attitude, your eagerness to learn, and your desire to be part of a team that enjoys making people feel good. We will provide you with all necessary training.
