At Hinojosa Packaging Xàtiva, we are seeking to incorporate a professional into our Maintenance Department responsible for ensuring the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the company's various equipment and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Your role will be critical in anticipating potential failures, resolving incidents promptly, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery, facilities, and systems. * Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and climate control components. * Carry out adjustments and repairs using specialized tools. * Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate requests for necessary materials. * Monitor the overall condition of facilities and propose technical improvements. * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Document all interventions performed and report incidents. * Collaborate with other departments to schedule interventions without disrupting daily operations. **Requirements** * Technical education in industrial maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and climate control systems. * Problem-solving ability and results orientation. * Strong teamwork skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Availability to work shifts or perform interventions outside regular hours if required. **What do we offer?** * Employment with a stable company committed to innovation. * Continuous training and professional development. * A positive working environment and cross-departmental collaboration.
