5 days a week from Monday\-Friday with schedule from 9:00\-15:00 (6 hours) 3 days a week and the other 2 days from 9\-16 hours (7 hours) Functions: * The main functions of the position will be: * Handle daily reports: incidents, complaints, requests from customers and others. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of Bungalows, common areas and Camping facilities. * Perform necessary tests to ensure safe and effective operation of the facilities. * Monitor consumption (electricity, gas, water, energy losses, water leaks, etc.) * Knowledge of water treatment (Legionella) for daily control through sampling and recording. * Monitor materials or installations that may deteriorate due to infrequent use. * Essential knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pool and gardening. Building, painting, and air conditioning skills will be highly valued. We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving person. Residence in Estepona and surrounding areas is desirable. Own vehicle required. Flexible working hours. Public holidays are worked and later compensated as days off according to prior arrangement. 30 days of vacation per year.
